Congratulations to our 2025 Initiatives Fund Winner, Rita Ueda!

The ACWC Initiatives fund will support Ueda’s travel to Brandon, MB to attend the world premiere of her piece “where poppies still bloom and fall” for solo piano that will be a mandatory piece for the 2025 Eckhardt-Gramatté Competition (April 25-27). In addition to the premiere, she will also give a presentation on her work at Brandon University.
