New Board Member & Community Manager

After holding our open call to fill our Community Manager position (formerly SoundBox Manager), the Board is thrilled to have chosen Michelle Lorimer as our new Community Manager! Michelle stepped into the position as interim in mid. January until we will hold a vote at our 2023 AGM in August. You can find out more about Michelle here. 

As you might know, the Community Manager role has expanded to include opportunities for connecting with the membership on internal resources and finding ways to further support members through different initiatives.

Michelle will be managing our internal resources, such as the SoundBox and monthly playlists, and helping connect with members on ACWC initiatives and volunteer opportunities. If you have any questions or ideas to share with Michelle, you can always reach out to her at: communitymanager@acwc.ca.
