March 2023 Concert Sponsorship Fund Winner, Brenda Muller

Brenda Muller’s concert will be celebrating local Canadian icon, Bert Weir, in a 150th-anniversary celebration. This concert will premier a new work of music for community orchestra, hold workshops with ACWC composers for the public and the orchestra during a day of events held at Minerva Park in McKellar, ON and finish with a concert at the Straw House Gallery in McKellar. This event will involve ACWC members Clare Pellerin, Pat Moorhead, Carol Ann Weaver, Jana Skarecky, and Diane Berry as guest composers.
