The ACWC is excited to help promote the first of two concerts that were made possible by our Concert Sponsorship Fund. Coreen Morsink presents a concert of Canadian & Greek women composers on March 4th at St. Catherine’s Theatre. More information can be found below.

Carmen Braden (Yellowknife, NT) and Heather Hindman (Edmonton) are this year’s recipients of the Roberta Stephen Composition award.

The ACWC extends their congratulations to Coreen Morsink and Olivia Adams for being awarded the September 2023 Concert Sponsorship Fund.

Applications for the 7th annual Roberta Stephen Award are open and are due on October 23rd, 2023.

On September 16th, 2023, Whispering River Music is presenting a Family Arts Fest and Concert featuring 5 Canadian women composers.
